My interest in computers and art began at Berkeley while attending ATDP, a summer program for advanced students. There I learned HTML, which sparked my passion for creating web sites. Soon after I began experimenting with Flash and adding animations to websites. Later in high school I learned about video and photography while working with my family shooting weddings and special events.

I graduated from UC Davis with a B.A. in Design: Visual Communications. After Davis, my desire to learn more led me to the Academy of Art University where I received an M.F.A in Web Design/New Media in 2010. While at the Academy I received first place in photography at the Spring Show 2010 for my photograph "Field Worker".

I have many passions for design. Some of these include the passion for editing video to music by combining different cuts to the rhythm of a great soundtrack which enhances the story. Then there is the passion for uniting motion, animation and transitions with websites to enrich the user experience. There is also the passion of capturing great images that may be improved through color correction and other techniques to create the desired look.

Today, I am currently a digital project manager at Impress Labs in San Francisco. On my free time I am filming, editing and producing music videos, documentaries and short films. I have also begun creating applications for iOS, Android and Blackberry.
